What we keep when you join the launch list, why, and how to have it deleted. Last updated 28 September 2026.
What we collect
Your email address, the number you were given, who invited you (if anyone) and how many people joined with your link. If you order a set we also keep your name, delivery address and order history. The set itself stores your location on the device to predict passes; it never sends it to us.
Why we collect it
To keep your place in the queue, to email you when your batch is ready, to count referrals, and to deliver and support your set. We send at most two emails a month before launch.
Who else sees it
Our email provider and, once you order, our payment processor and courier. Each only receives what it needs. We never sell or rent your details and we do not run advertising trackers on this site.
How long we keep it
Launch-list details are kept until you leave the list or until 12 months after your batch ships. Order records are kept for six years because tax law requires it.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, or have it deleted at any time by writing to privacy@kelvane.com. Leaving the list takes one click from any email we send. We reply within 30 days, usually within two.
