How the list, the queue numbers, referrals and founder pricing work. Effective 15 September 2026.
Joining the list
Joining is free and does not commit you to buy anything. One place per person and per email address. We may remove duplicate or automated sign-ups, and the places they held move to the people behind them.
Your number
Numbers are given in the order people join. Each friend who joins with your link and confirms their email moves you up 50 places. Numbers decide the order in which we invite people to buy; they are not a guarantee of a set.
Batches and dates
Batch 1 is planned to ship on 21 March 2027, Batch 2 in June 2027 and Batch 3 in September 2027. Hardware schedules can move. If a date changes by more than two weeks we will email the whole list and explain why.
Founder price
People on the list can buy one set at the founder price of 249 US dollars (or local equivalent) when their batch opens. You have 72 hours to confirm before the invitation passes to the next number.
Payments and returns
Nothing is charged until you confirm an order. Every set has a two-year warranty and a 30-day return window from delivery.
